Spravato or ketamine treatment can bring up thoughts, emotions, memories, or new perspectives. Sometimes the experience feels meaningful right away. Sometimes it feels confusing, subtle, or hard to put into words. Integration therapy gives us space to explore what came up and what, if anything, you would like to do with it.
I have partnered with Etherios Therapy to provide online integration sessions, typically 24–72 hours after treatment. We can work together whether you are already in therapy or want focused support alongside your treatment.

We can talk through images, feelings, insights, or questions from the treatment experience. There is no need to produce a profound revelation.
Connect
We may notice how the experience relates to your relationships, depression, trauma, pain, or patterns you have been working on.
Apply
We can identify a small, realistic way to bring something useful into daily life, and revisit it as treatment continues.
Medical treatment and therapy, each with its own role
Etherios Therapy handles the medical side of treatment, including evaluation, prescribing, administration, and monitoring. My role as a therapist is to support the emotional and psychological work that follows. Our online integration session takes place after your treatment, rather than during medication administration.
We will follow your goals and your pace. Integration can be valuable even when a treatment session felt ordinary, difficult, or different from what you expected. We will not force meaning onto it.
